2019: I’M Contesting For Good, Adequate Representation, Says Afuape

The 2019 House of Representative aspirant,Hononorable Afolabi Afuape has reaffirmed that his candidature in the 2019 House of representatives was for good and adequate representation.

Afuape popularly known as Afo is  currently Commissioner for Youths and Sports of Ogun State,a position he occupied after stepping down for the current House of Representatives member, Hon.Olusegun Williams who is representing the premier local government, Abeokuta South Federal Constituency of Ogun State.

Afo was a lecturer at the prestigious Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta before serving the state as a commissioner, and  Special Adviser on political matters to former House of Representatives Speaker, Honourable Dimeji Bankole.

He was also former Secretary of  Abeokuta Local government.

His political ambition was in line with his antecedents while he was Special adviser to  Bankole where enrolled several  Abeokuta indigines into the Nigeria Civil Defence Corps , Federal Airports, Immigration and other agencies.

He had consulted and many responses were that he should forge ahead with his ambition.

Afo believes in engaging youths in various capacities and his academic prowess has distinguished him from others seeking political office without pedigree.

He has has carved a niche for himself  in Ogun State  politics particularly in Abeokuta where he plays grassroots politics.

All Abeokuta indigines should not hesitate to treasure their votes with Afo and he will definitely value it and repay  them back in millions times.
