Former President, Nigeria Union of Journalists, NUJ, Mr Abdulwaheed Odusile will deliver a key note address on Media Survival Strategy Post COVID-19 at during the International migration summit on April 26, 2020.

The event is being orgsniorg by Journalists international Forum For Migration (JIFORM).

Ajibola Abayomi, President of JIFORM confirmed this on Friday.

Abdulwaheed Odusile is the immediate past President, Nigeria Union of Journalists and presently the Editor-In-Chief KaftanPost Newspaper, an Online general news publication. With over 36 years experience in the Newsroom specializing in Aviation and Foreign News reporting in particular. He had worked in different newspaper organizations in Nigeria, notably the Concord Group, THISDAY, Sun, NationalLife and lately The Nation where he was Manahing Editor. He was at various times, a reporter, News Editor, Foreign Editor, Politics Editor, Deputy Editor and title Editor and distinguished himself as a journalist of note around the world and even in the Union where he rose through the ranks before being elected President of NUJ in 2015, and a year later was also elected President, Federation of African Journalists (FAJ) and also Executive Committtee member, International Federation of Journalists (IFJ).
A graduate of Mass Communications from The Polytechnic Ibadan.
He, was also Online Editor Award winner with Nigerian Media Merit Award (NMMA).

ODUSILE is married and blessed with children.
