IPI Strategic Meeting Commences In Abuja

As a prelude to the hosting of International Press Institute (IPI) in Nigeria this year, a strategic meeting to work out modality for the event commenced at Sheraton Hotel Abuja on Monday.

The meeting for different committees hosted by the Nigeria Television Authority (NTA) had in attendance high ranking Journalists  with Dr Tony Iredia as the Chairman of Media and Publicity.

The delegation of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) was led by its National President, Waheed Odusile, Chairman of Lagos Council, Dr Qasim Akinreti and other states chairmen of the Union.

TheLead Online gathered that the Tuesday’s meeting for the Local Organizing Committee will be hosted by the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) at its Abuja headquarters.
