Whenever his prophetic utterances negate human expectations, he takes solace in God and insists that he only harden to divine instruction and not to please himself.

For him, “God is not a man that would repent”.

As far back as December 2017, he had warned Governor Akinwunmi Ambode of Lagos state about his second term.

He was very clear in his message and warned that except the governor sought God’s intervention, he won’t get second term nod from his party irrespective of those hailing him.

Probably because his words were not pleasing enough to those seeking political patronages from the governor, he was ignored.

On the outcome of the 2019 poll, Prophet Oluwafemi Adeniregun of Delivering Proof Evangelical Ministries, Arolambo, Ogun State did not minced words during a chat with TheLead Online at his residence on Friday.

“President Muhammadu Buhari will win the presidential election however he needs prayers for God to sustain him through his second term.

“God determines life. The health of Mr President will be an issue as he progresses. Our prayer is that the almighty will strengthen him.

“But I foresee that someone may complete that term on his behalf. The way out is for Buhari to hand over everything to God. Let him fear not but look up to the mighty one of Israel, the giver of life. It is well with Mr President.”

On the candidate of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Adeniregun said the spiritual aura of Atiku Abubarka’s presidency not good for Nigeria.

“I am not God but if Atiku wins, the economy of Nigeria will nosedive and the masses will suffer because there are people around the PDP candidate that will not make things work as expected.

He however said with prayers, Nigerians will smile. “I am talking to you as prophet, the economy of this nation will stabilise under Buhari in his second term after a minor storm.

The prophet called on Nigerians to shun violence and appealed to politicians to play by the rule.

“Those working to wreck havoc on the nation should have a rethink. Many of the politicians they are working for have their families abroad. It makes no sense for those causing trouble just because one cup of rice or stipends they are giving. There is a lot to gain under a peaceful atmosphere.” the cleric canceled.
