Lagos House of Assembly has committed the High Court Rules 2018 bill, forwarded by Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice Lagos state to the committee on Judiciary.
This was seconded by Hon. Abiodun Tobun representing Epe Constituency1 in the Lagos Assembly.
Also committed to committee on Physical Planning was the Lagos State Building Control And Regulation Bill.
The Speaker Mudashiru Obasa urged the committee to expedite action on the bill.
Meanwhile Obasa has felicitated with Muslims on the Ramadan fasting saying period was to purify Muslims and make them to have the spirit of forgiveness.
He added that Muslims should emulate the virtues of Prophet Muhammed, saying fasting was among pillars of Islam.
‘When we fast, we abstain from sin and deny self from other worldly enjoyments’ he said.
